Self-Service Ad Updating

Auto TraderNet gives you the power to update all the details of your ad from the convenience of your own home, no need to call customer support or delay the process. Below are the instructions on how to update your ad:


(1) Log into www.autotradernet.com. The login is located at the top right.  Its called Sign In.  The system will ask for your user name and password. You should already have these details, but if you do not, please email us through this website, include your name and ad ID, and we will forward your details to you again.





(2) Once you click Sign In, you will be taken to a page to input your username and login information. You should have received these with your registration.





(3) Once you enter this data, you will be taken to your account page.  Scroll down the left side of the page to “My Active Listings.”  Upon selecting your Active Listings, your listing title will show in the center of the page.  Under the listing title there is a button that says “Manage This Listing.”  Once you select the Manage This Listing link, you will see three new icons appear under the ad title.  Be sure to press the icon with the PENCIL and PAPER.  DO NOT click the icon with the X as this will delete your advertisement.









(4) Once you select the edit icon, you will see the below screen, where you are able to change your listing details, update your price, and upload photos and YouTube videos to your ad. To change the basic listing details of your ad, click “Edit Details.” To upload photos, click “Edit Media.” To change the make of your listing, click on “Edit Category.”






(5) For pictures, you can move them around, delete or add more. Press the Select File icon and navigate to where your pictures are stored on your computer. Then select Upload. Once you have made all the changes to your ad, select the Continue tab at the bottom of the page. You will then be brought back to the main edit screen. Make sure to select “Finish Editing” as this is required to save and publish your new ad details. If you do not select Finish Editing, the changes you just made will not take effect.
